RECORD NUMBER OF ENTRIES FOR RND 1 NSW MALIBU SERIES!!
22nd October, 2011Picture this.... you arrive at the office on a monday morning ready for yet another morning cuppa and another normal day.. Pfffft... Here at Stoney Park, we arrived at the office to find the fax machine almost overheated with a record number of entries... Not to mention our mail inbox was nearly as long as......... well!! it was long.... :)
We are pleased to announce that to date (Friday) everyone who submitted their entries has been accepted... It was a little tough there for a moment as many had to be excluded and we had to start listing exactly (by the second!!) what time all entries were received... However, our heros for the day Jason and Bruce made the decision to run tricks on the second lake, giving all entries the opportunity to compete.. Yay!!
The team at Stoney Park look forward to welcoming all skiers and their families on the 12th & 13th November and wish everyone success and a wonderful weekend.

Malibu Series Results
16th November, 2010A fantastic weekend was had by all at the round 2 , of the NSW Malibu series, which was held at Stoney park on 13/14 November. Stoney Park and MasterCraft are joining forces!

After much consideration and planning towards the future - Stoney Park is thrilled to announce that we have formed a new alliance with MasterCraft boats and in the very near future, will be showcasing the lastest MasterCraft "Pro Star" 197 series.
Our 2 new boats are due to arrive at Stoney Park at the beginning of December 2010.
MasterCraft boats and the IWWF (International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation) has signed a formal TOW BOAT Agreement for the next six-years as the official towboat and will cover the World Championships for Tournament, and Disabled Waterskiing, Wakeboard and the Waterski & Wakeboard World Cup series. MasterCraft have provided the official tow boat for all 29 World Cup Stops to date.
Stoney Park is proud to come on board as MasterCraft's premier southern hemishpere ski site. With these new 6 litre engines, watch out for the records in trick, slalom and jump to fall this coming summer ! Pack your bags and make sure you are at Stoney Park this summer to try first hand what it is like to ski behind the world championship tow boats.

The Matty Johns show shoots at Stoney Park!
27th July, 2010Stoney will feature very soon on the popular Matty Johns show. It was scheduled for thursday the 6th of august in NSW and QLD, but has been postponed for a later date. In the show, Comedian Anh Do has a segment on the show called "Anh Can Do" - in which viewers email in with a challenge for Anh. Over 50 people emailed in asking Anh to go over a ski jump, so the producers of the show were put in contact with Jason Stone, who organised the big task. Jason called on Jactina "Rabbit" Carroll to fly up for the shoot and show Anh how it is done! You will have to watch the show to see if was a case of "Anh can do" or "Anh cant do" As soon as we know the dates , we will put it up on the site.

Winter closing dates for the ski school
2nd June, 2010The last day on the water for the season will be friday the 9th of july. The Stoney Park waterski and wakeboard school will reopen for business on saturday the 11th of september 2010.
