To enable us to keep the prices of our Lake Hire, Lessons and accommodation at an accessible level, it is fair and equitable that a cancellation policy applies to all our bookings.
Stoney Park operates on bookings and quite often we are heavily booked or have no vacancies both on the water and in our accommodation. We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry. However, from the time you make your booking, your accommodation and/or lake time is held for you. This means, that should someone else want that time we may not be able to take their booking. This, amongst other reasons, we ask that you please consider your requirements carefully before making your booking.
25% deposit on all accommodation, lessons and lake hire is due within 7 days of booking. If a deposit is not made within the 7 days, your booking will automatically be deemed invalid and will automatically be deleted from the system.
If you choose to cancel your lesson, lake hire or your accommodation, your 25% deposit will be deemed as your 25% cancellation fee.
However, if your lesson or lake hire is cancelled due to unsafe conditions for the boat to be driven, your booking will be credited with a validity of 12 months from the date of the initial booking. If it is safe conditions for our boat to be driven then we will expect you will be fulfilling your booking.
